We are now looking for a temporary Payroll Administrator who can directly make a difference in our daily operations. Who are we? What you will do with us Join a team responsible for the entire payroll cycle; from collection and verification of payroll data to salary payments and follow-up reporting. Administer and ensure quality of payroll-related documents, such as time reporting, absences, travel expenses, certificates, and other payroll-related tasks. Support managers and employees with questions related to salary, time reporting, compensation, pensions, and insurance. Work with statistics, reporting to authorities, and pension and insurance administration. You will also work closely with the HR and Finance departments to ensure a correct and smooth payroll process. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in payroll administration who is confident working with all or parts of the payroll process. You have good system understanding, work structured with payroll data, and have an easy time understanding routines, regulations, and collective agreements. You communicate well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is highly meritorious to have training in payroll, accounting, or equivalent work experience. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be thorough, organized, and have high integrity in your work. You have a professional and service-oriented approach, and easily build trust with both managers and employees. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to prioritize even when the pace is periodically high. What do we offer you?
