About the Position Nordisk Kompetens AB is now recruiting a janitorial staff member for one of our partner organizations in Karlshamn. We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and service-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others and have an eye for order and quality. Job Responsibilities Cleaning of offices, facilities, and common areas. Vacuuming, mopping, and floor cleaning. Cleaning of kitchens, restrooms, and other hygiene areas. Restocking of consumable supplies. Ensuring that facilities maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Qualifications Experience in janitorial services is advantageous but not required. You are thorough, take responsibility, and have good customer service skills. You can work independently and take personal responsibility. Basic knowledge of Swedish is advantageous. Driver's license (Category B) is advantageous.
