Facility Attendant/Restaurant Staff, 75% On behalf of our client, we are seeking a facility attendant/restaurant staff member for a restaurant operation. The role is varied and involves both facility maintenance and practical work in a restaurant environment. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Perform deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance of restaurant facilities Receive and handle product deliveries Prepare the operation by, for example, mixing juices, cutting fruit, and restocking supplies Wash dishes and keep guest areas clean and welcoming during service Perform other common tasks within restaurant operations About You You are responsible and able to work independently You have a good ability to see what needs to be done and take your own initiative You enjoy practical and varied work You are able to work evenings and weekends Previous experience from the restaurant or service industry is an asset but not required. The work involves moving around the facilities, using stairs and ladders, and handling light to heavy lifting. The position is therefore moderately physically demanding. The operation serves alcohol, which means you need to be able to handle alcohol-related tasks. Work Schedule Tentative schedule: Wednesday: 10:00–14:00 Thursday: 10:00–14:00 Friday: 15:00–01:00 Saturday: 15:00–01:00 Sunday: 14:00–17:00 Monday and Tuesday are normally days off. The schedule may be adjusted based on operational needs, and some variations may occur. Employment Terms Employment level: 75% (approximately 30 hours per week) Wage: 153.64 kr/hour or fixed monthly salary of 19,935 kr Shift premium pay according to applicable collective agreement Collective Agreement: HRF/Visita (National Agreement) Vacation: 25 paid vacation days per year Employment type: Probationary employment for 6 months with possibility of continued employment Start date: Immediate.
