About the Role
As a Facility Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will work primarily with cleaning in the customer's premises and also other tasks such as substitute cleaning.
The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month trial period. We may also recruit part-time employees at a lower service level.

Who Do We Seek?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsive, responsible, and takes initiative. You feel comfortable in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. In addition, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.
We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language.
