We're now seeking engaged hourly-based facilities cleaners who want to be part of this from the beginning and contribute to service and high quality in our facilities on Södermalm.

Your Role
As a facilities cleaner with us, you'll work with daily cleaning in our facilities within the Södermalm district. Working hours are scheduled during daytime. You'll be an important part of creating clean and pleasant environments that contribute to safe and well-functioning operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Daily cleaning according to current cleaning procedures.
Ordering and receiving cleaning supplies.
Quality controls and self-inspections.
Ensuring that cleaning work is performed according to applicable instructions for chemicals, ergonomics, and environment.
Actively participating in the development of cleaning operations.
Your Competence and Experience
You have at least 1–2 years of experience in facilities management.
You have training in facilities management or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.
Good physical ability is important, as the work is mobile and sometimes physically demanding.
You speak and write Swedish fluently.
You are flexible, service-oriented, thorough, and responsible.
You're comfortable both working independently and collaborating with colleagues.
You have good knowledge of ergonomics and cleaning techniques.
You're experienced in using cleaning equipment.
You're an experienced user of smartphones and various IT systems.
Meritorious
Certificate SRY BAS, PRYL, or equivalent training. Grade in SFI/SAS grund or equivalent. Experience working with environmentally adapted cleaning and chemicals. Knowledge of quality work in facilities management.
Other Information
You'll need to be able to present a valid extract from the Police Register before potential employment, as the work takes place in an educational setting.
Selection and interviews will take place on a rolling basis.
