About the Workplace Facilities and food service is part of the Community Development sector and consists of four geographical areas with approximately 70 employees. We are now seeking a facilities cleaner for Svanesund and Ellös. This is a temporary position for approximately 4 months with possible extension. Your Responsibilities Your duties include performing daily facilities cleaning to high quality standards according to current cleaning procedures at care homes, schools, and preschools, as well as kitchen work at the preschool. Rotation between workplaces and a flexible work approach are part of the daily work. Since the work is performed at client sites, it is important that you are responsive and have strong customer focus. The work is active and varied. About You This job suits you if you want to take personal responsibility and work with facilities cleaning and service. You thrive with varied tasks and plan your work independently. Vocational training in facilities management in Pryl or other relevant training is advantageous, as is prior experience in facilities cleaning work. You are engaged and maintain a high level of service and professional conduct towards customers, colleagues, and others you meet in your role every day. You collaborate with others to complete tasks and achieve goals, and you easily adapt your approach based on changing circumstances. You are capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel when needed. You have a holistic perspective, are flexible in your work, see opportunities, and take initiative to move the operation forward together with your colleagues. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have computer skills. Working hours are 06:00–15:00. We place great importance on personal qualities.
