About the Workplace Catering and facilities management is part of the Community Development sector and consists of four geographic areas with a total of approximately 70 employees. We are now seeking a facilities cleaner for one of our cleaning teams in Henån. You will be based at Henån School and will be part of a work team of 9 people. Your Tasks The role includes performing daily facilities maintenance with high quality according to applicable cleaning procedures, and also includes kitchen work as you will be responsible for receiving food and washing dishes for a nearby preschool. Rotation between workplaces and a flexible working approach are part of the daily work. Since the work is performed at customer locations, it is important that you are attentive and have a strong customer focus. The work is active and varied. About You This job is suitable for you if you want to take responsibility and work with facilities maintenance and service. You enjoy varied tasks and plan your work independently. Vocational training in facilities management or other relevant education is an asset, as is previous experience working with facilities maintenance. You are dedicated and have high service standards and good customer service skills with customers, colleagues, and others you meet in your professional role every day. You collaborate with others to complete tasks and achieve goals and easily adapt your working style based on changing circumstances. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel if needed. You have a holistic perspective, are flexible in your work, see opportunities, and take initiative to drive the operations forward together with your colleagues. A category B driver's license is required. You are proficient in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and have computer skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
