About us AB Bjuvsfastigheter was founded in spring 2024 and brought together property expertise from both the housing company and the municipality. The organization today consists of 22 engaged employees who work every day to conduct professional and efficient property management and development. The company is in an exciting development phase with a focus on business efficiency, energy optimization, customer satisfaction, and digitalization. That's why we are now seeking an engaged and service-oriented facilities manager. The Role As a facilities manager with us, you are an important part of the daily management of our properties. You are responsible for ensuring that our shared spaces maintain a high standard and contribute to creating a pleasant living environment for our tenants. The work is varied and involves both independent work and team collaboration. You are often one of the employees that our tenants meet in their daily lives and therefore become an important representative for Bjuvsfastigheter. Your work tasks include, among other things: Stairwell cleaning and entrance cleaning Cleaning and deep cleaning of laundry rooms Cleaning basement corridors and other shared spaces Window cleaning in stairwells and entrances Report discovered defects and shortcomings to the property manager or facility technician Distribute information to tenants When needed, perform move-out cleaning and supplementary cleaning during tenant changes Contribute to the development of our residential areas together with colleagues Who are you? We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order and well-being and who thrives in work where you take your own responsibility. You work in a structured manner, are thorough, and have an easy time building good relationships with both colleagues and tenants. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Upper secondary education and facilities management training or equivalent experience Several years of experience in professional facilities management Good computer skills and preferably experience with property management systems such as Vitec Technical Management Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driver's license Additional language skills and experience from work in property management or housing companies are meritorious.
