Our mission is to assist service operations with trained temporary staff who can cover vacancies due to short or long-term absences of regular personnel. The position involves working as an hourly temporary worker in Regionservice, which means you support various operations with your expertise in daily work. It is a role that offers great variety and change. 8 position(s). WORK DUTIES We offer hourly employment as the base arrangement. This means the number of work hours per week can vary. As a team member in the Staffing Pool, you support several different professional categories, such as facilities services, transport, and meal service. Right now we are seeking facilities attendants. In the role of facilities attendant, you work with, among other things, cleaning and facilities maintenance of reception areas, departments, office spaces, and common areas. Patient-focused cleaning and infection control cleaning are also included. The work takes place in a hospital environment and you work side by side with, among others, nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, and janitors. In your daily work, you also have contact with patients who are in the facilities. Since we have operations Monday through Sunday, working hours may include evening and weekend shifts. Working times can vary and there may be staffing needs during all hours of the day. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has completed upper secondary education or equivalent. Additionally, you have good computer skills. The position requires very good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have facilities service training, SRY, Danish hygiene standards, INSTA800, and/or work experience in facilities services. Previous experience working in the service industry is also an advantage. Furthermore, you are passionate about providing good service and want to help create a good and pleasant care environment for Scania's patients. Good treatment and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in service work.
