About the Position In this role, you will step directly into the operation and become a natural part of our client's own organization in Umeå. You will work at one fixed workplace in a healthcare environment, which gives you good opportunities to become familiar with the facilities and be an appreciated face in the organization. The position is full-time and you will be employed by Ärlebo Företagsstäd. Your Responsibilities Perform daily facilities maintenance and thorough cleaning in sensitive healthcare environments. Plan and structure your work independently based on applicable hygiene procedures and checklists. Ensure that materials and equipment are properly maintained and restocked. Work closely with the client's staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and employees. Who Are You? Working in a healthcare environment requires great attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and discretion. We are looking for someone who has a strong ability to work independently. You are a person who takes your own initiative, sees what needs to be done, and solves problems that arise in daily work. Requirements for the Position: Experience in professional facilities maintenance/cleaning, preferably in healthcare environments or similar operations. Very good ability to work independently and drive your own work forward. Good understanding of the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. Good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing to be able to read instructions and communicate in the workplace. It is a merit if you have an SRY professional certificate, PRYL training, or equivalent competence in facilities maintenance.
