About the Role As a Facility Attendant, you and your colleagues have an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may occur such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also recruit part-time employees at a reduced working hours. Start date August 2026 or by agreement. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have an ability to collaborate as work can be both individual and in groups. We would like you to have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently and are a Swedish citizen, which is a customer requirement.
