About the Role As a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks such as conference services, restocking water/coffee machines, and plant care. The positions are 40-75%, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also recruit part-time employees at lower hours. Start date August 2026 or by agreement. Who We're Looking For We seek someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and the ability to suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you are responsive to customer needs. You have an ability to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and group-based. We'd like to see that you have experience from service roles or industry experience. It's important that you have a good command of Swedish and are a Swedish citizen, as this is a customer requirement. Upper secondary education is required.
