MIAB is seeking a facility custodian for our municipal assignments such as preschools and schools. In the role of facility custodian, you will plan, perform, follow up, and ensure quality assurance of facility maintenance in your assigned area. The facility custodian role involves customer contact, which requires a strong sense of service-oriented care—also MIAB's guiding principle. Swedish language proficiency is required, with the ability to speak, read, and communicate in simple language. You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You work well both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone with facility maintenance experience. SRY or equivalent certification is a plus.
