Service Employee - Facility Services For our operations in Karlstad, we are seeking responsible facility attendants who want to be part of our journey to become the best service provider. The customer/customers that this position covers will involve cleaning offices, stairwells, and retail stores. Your Responsibilities As a facility attendant at SOL, you will work with cleaning in our customers' premises based on our service concept with a focus on delivering the best service. Your responsibilities will mainly include: Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, wiping, machine operation, and other relevant service-related tasks within daily facility maintenance. Who Are You? You who apply for this position have the ability to see, meet, and be responsive to our customers' needs, which also means you need to have a sense for upselling. You are comfortable working independently but you are also a team player who values good relationships and collaboration with both customers, colleagues, and suppliers. As a person, you are loyal and reliable. Furthermore, you also possess the ability to ensure good quality for the customer and work proactively, which among other things means that within your area of responsibility at your workplace you are also expected to come up with suggestions for improvements. For this position, experience from the cleaning profession or other service professions is highly desirable. If you have a certification in SRY, PRYL, or INSTA800 or specialist training in floor care, window cleaning, etc., that is also desirable. This position requires previous experience in the cleaning profession and cleaning machine operation. A Class B driver's license (manual transmission) is required for this position. It is important that you master the Swedish language and can read and understand instructions in Swedish. Other Information The position is hourly temp work as needed during daytime between 06:00-15:00; evening and weekend shifts may occur. Salary and benefits according to collective agreement.
