Facilities Cleaner

About the Job We are now seeking a new team member to join our facilities cleaning team in Idre. With us, you will work both independently and as part of a group depending on the schedule. We rotate monthly/weekly between locations to offer variety in your work. We are a relatively large property management company and handle facilities maintenance in-house across all our properties, ranging from schools and preschools to stairwells and laundry rooms. We handle everything from daily cleaning to window washing and floor care. Diverse tasks, significant personal responsibility, and friendly colleagues make this a truly attractive position where you help us keep our tenants satisfied. We are looking for someone who sees solutions, not obstacles—someone with a positive attitude toward work and colleagues. To clean facilities with ongoing operations, you need good social skills and the ability to both assert yourself when needed and step back to consider the organization's needs at times. We use Teams as our work tool for planning and communication, so strong communication skills and the ability to write clearly are desirable. We hope you will become our next colleague.
