We are seeking an experienced facilities caretaker for Munka Folkhögskola in Munka Ljungby. This position is 75%, 6 hours/day Monday - Friday. You must be able to work early mornings.
The school has 6 larger buildings with varying facility maintenance needs. The school also has a residential facility where residents clean their own rooms.
We are looking for someone who puts the organization's needs at the center. You are thorough and notice all details, and you like order and organization. You are comfortable working physically in buildings with varying spaces and many stairs.
You will work independently most of the time, but also in collaboration with the facilities manager and other colleagues in the service team.
Desired qualifications
• Experience in the facilities maintenance industry.
• Good collaboration skills.
As a person, you are responsible, attentive, reliable, and engaged. You have a humane approach and can put course participants' and the organization's needs at the center. You have the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with both course participants and colleagues. You work in a structured manner, have developed prioritization skills, and are motivated by finding solutions.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and changing environment and has the ability to demonstrate understanding for the activities you work in.
Swedish is required in both writing and speech.
It is meritorious if you have completed SRY or equivalent other cleaning training.
