Kirunabostäder owns 2,182 apartments and 42,500 square meters of premises and manages just over 212,000 square meters of municipal properties. JOB DUTIES The job duties involve daily cleaning within municipal properties such as preschools, schools, offices and elderly care homes, which are part of Kirunabostäder's management assignment for Kiruna Municipality. We also clean stairwells and galleries in Kirunabostäder's own properties. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, service-oriented and self-reliant. You are flexible and have the ability to prioritize your tasks. Your orderliness, your commitment and your good collaboration skills together with a positive attitude contribute to the good service we want to deliver and to a pleasant workplace. Since the work involves daily contact with colleagues and customers, we see that you master Swedish in both speech and writing. For this position, a criminal record certificate from the Police Authority is required. The certificate will be requested in connection with a possible employment.
