Today we operate seven locations, employ over 50 chefs, and welcome more than 25,000 guests every year. Your responsibilities 1. Facility condition & cleanliness Cleaning of cooking areas, kitchen, restrooms, dishwashing area, and staff spaces Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment Cleaning of storage areas, coolers, and storage spaces Maintaining order and organization throughout the facility Regular knife sharpening Receiving deliveries and following directives from the Local Manager 2. Preparations for cooking classes and wine tastings Preparing the facility and work stations Setting up equipment, ingredients, and materials Preparing simple dishes (e.g., cheese and charcuterie boards) Preparing gelato base or other foundational steps according to instructions Ensuring everything is ready when the course instructor arrives 3. Support during wine tastings and cooking classes Assisting the sommelier and/or chef with logistics and preparations Setting up glasses, water, spittoons, and accessories Preparing kitchen stations When needed, serving wine during tastings and cooking classes When needed, assisting with service 4. Dishwashing & kitchen support · When guests enter the studio, your role transitions to focus on dishwashing and supporting the sommelier and chef so they can best serve the guests. Dishwashing during and after classes Maintaining order in the dishwashing area Assisting the kitchen with simple tasks Helping with logistics and workflow We're looking for someone who Is organized, reliable, and enjoys creating order. Has an eye for detail and takes responsibility for maintaining high standards in the facilities. Can work independently but also collaborates well with the team. Has experience in cleaning, restaurant work, or similar service roles (desirable but not required). Thrives in a dynamic environment where tasks vary. We offer Part-time employment with flexible schedule (daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available). Collective agreement with Visita.
