You have experience designing and delivering lectures or other professional development initiatives for staff. Furthermore, you have experience working with the staff around the student to formulate goals and, when needed, demonstrating how approaches and strategies can be implemented in practice in daily work. It is advantageous if you have experience working with children with intellectual disability and autism, as well as if you have worked at a speech-language pathology clinic or in a school where you had contact with children with language disorders. As a person, you are flexible and adapt well to changing circumstances. You can quickly change your perspective and approach and see opportunities in changes.
