About the Role
As a logistics associate, you will have a broad and varied role where you are an important part of the daily logistics flow. You will work both practically with goods and forklift operation and administratively with bookings, documentation, and data entry in digital systems.
The role includes:
Goods receiving and dispatching.
Packing and handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Booking and coordinating transport.
Data entry and administration in the ERP system.
Documentation and follow-up in various digital systems.
Recycling and waste management.
Cleaning and floor maintenance.
Working hours are daytime.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, thorough, and takes responsibility for your work. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and are comfortable managing multiple parts of the logistics flow simultaneously.
You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done; instead, you prefer to stay one step ahead. You take initiative, see the bigger picture, and contribute to making everyday operations run smoothly for both your colleagues and the company. Since the role is broad, we are looking for someone who enjoys variety and has the ability to switch between tasks.
We are looking for someone with:
Forklift certification with authority A1–A4 and B1–B3.
Experience operating reach stackers and counterbalance forklifts.
Experience in warehouse and logistics work.
Good computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
Strong ability to communicate and document in Swedish and English.
