Apotea's logistics operations are growing, and they are now launching a brand new, specialized Automation team with opportunities for either day or evening shifts. As an Automation Logistics Operator and consultant at Kila people AB, you will be a key player on the floor and the link that ensures Apotea's high-tech workflows run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. About the Role as Consultant and Automation Logistics Operator In this role, you are employed by us at Kila people AB, but you will work fully integrated in Apotea's operations. As an Automation Logistics Operator, you will work exclusively with Apotea's automated logistics solutions and processes. Your primary task is to monitor and ensure the daily operation of the automated logistics workflows. You will be the expert on the floor who makes initial assessments during operational disruptions and serves as a valuable knowledge resource for your colleagues. You will be part of the newly established automation team, led by Apotea's automation manager, with daily support from two automation specialists. The role is operational with a focus on the logistics workflow. Technical maintenance, machine service, and repairs are handled entirely by Apotea's service team. Your main responsibilities: Monitor and manage daily operations in Apotea's automated logistics workflows to ensure they function efficiently and according to established procedures. Identify and address ongoing deviations or minor operational disruptions to quickly restore a functioning workflow. Make initial operational assessments in case of automation problems and determine when issues need to be escalated to the service team. Document and report recurring disruptions and improvement needs to automation management. Serve as an internal resource who contributes your in-depth expertise and supports colleagues with questions regarding the automated workflows. Who Are You? To thrive in the role of mobile consultant and automation logistics operator, you are someone who appreciates structure, is thorough, and is motivated by solving problems as they arise. You have a comprehensive understanding and interest in logistics and a natural drive to take responsibility. We are looking for someone who has: A good understanding of logistics workflows and operational management, which you have acquired either through relevant studies or practical experience in the industry. The ability to work in a structured, thorough, and solution-oriented manner in a changing environment. Excellent collaboration skills and a willingness to support and mentor your colleagues on the floor. Meritorious Qualifications It is highly advantageous if you have previous experience working in automated logistics environments. What We and the Client Offer: In-Depth Training We do not expect you to know everything on day one. To provide you with the absolute best conditions for your new assignment, you will undergo in-depth in-house training in automation at Apotea when you start. The training will give you the deep understanding and tools you need as a certified automation logistics operator. Practical Information Employer: Kila people AB Salary: Base salary 155 kr/hour. In addition to the base salary, shift allowance and overtime compensation are provided according to applicable terms.
