Logistics Coordinator with Delivery and Maintenance Responsibilities

We are looking for a practical, reliable, and solution-oriented logistics coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy independent work where no two days are quite the same. A large part of the work involves packing and delivering bed linens, cleaning products, and other supplies to our apartments throughout Stockholm. The role also includes minor maintenance, troubleshooting, and other practical tasks that arise in daily operations. Job Responsibilities Pack and deliver bed linens, cleaning products, and other supplies to our apartments Perform minor repairs and simple maintenance tasks Troubleshoot and resolve practical problems that arise in the apartments Procure materials, spare parts, and replacement products as needed Assist with preparing and setting up new apartments and projects Support the logistics team with other practical tasks as needed We are looking for you who Have a valid Swedish driver's license Have previous experience with practical work, minor repairs, or maintenance Have good communication skills in Swedish or English Are self-motivated and have strong problem-solving abilities Have basic to good computer skills Are responsible and comfortable independently finding practical solutions when unexpected situations arise Since the tasks vary from day to day, it is important that you are flexible, solution-oriented, and confident working independently. We are looking for someone who can assess a situation, troubleshoot the problem, and find an appropriate solution. Working Hours Friday–Tuesday, 08:00–16:00.
