We are seeking a self-driven and motivated logistics coordinator for an established technology company with operations throughout the Nordic region. About the Role As a logistics coordinator, you will work with varying operational and strategic tasks within logistics. You will focus heavily on the logistics process and serve as the link between external logistics partners, warehouse, customers, and internal departments. The position combines operational responsibility in daily work with active participation in developing and improving processes and work methods. Examples of tasks: Ensure the company's logistics flow. Be the main contact person for all logistics-related questions. Reporting and KPI tracking. Responsible for handling and follow-up of complaints and returns. Drive improvement initiatives and participate in various development projects both internally in Sweden and across the Nordic region. Qualifications We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles within warehouse, logistics, and administration. A degree in logistics or supply chain is highly advantageous. You have a good understanding of logistics and delivery flows. You have experience with customs, freight, import, and export. You should be a proficient user of various business systems, and it is a requirement that you have worked in SAP. It is also a requirement that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Who Are You?
