About the Role
As a logistics coordinator, you will work with varied administrative tasks within delivery and logistics. You will place great focus on the logistics process and serve as the link between external logistics partners, warehouse, customers, and internal departments. The position combines operational responsibility in day-to-day work with active participation in process and work method development and improvement.
Examples of responsibilities:
Ensure the company's logistics flow to customers.
Be the primary contact person for all logistics-related matters.
Drive improvement initiatives and participate in various development projects.
Manage and follow up on complaints and returns.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in similar tasks within warehouse, logistics, and administration. You have a good understanding of logistics and delivery flows. You have experience with customs, freight, import, and export. You should be a proficient user of various business systems, and it is a requirement that you have worked in SAP. It is also a requirement that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
