About the Position
We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time with logistics administration and logistics planning at DFDS Logistics Contracts. The position may involve varying tasks related to terminal logistics. Examples of tasks include transport administration, investigating discrepancies, preparing load lists, and planning shipments.
You will work extra as needed, but we would prefer that you work full-time during holidays and vacation periods. Working hours are varied on weekdays, day/evening shifts between 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00. The workplace is located at DFDS Logistics Contracts in Arendal.
About You
You have ongoing studies in logistics or other relevant education.
You are comfortable with administrative tasks and have good computer skills.
You are thorough and solution-oriented.
You have a talent for planning and following up on work in a structured manner.
You are comfortable maintaining close dialogue with both customers and colleagues.
You are initiative-taking, decisive, and ensure that activities are carried out and completed.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
To be eligible for the position, you must be a student or have another primary occupation. It would be beneficial if you have at least one year remaining in your studies.
We would like you to be able to work at least two days per week and full-time during the summer.
Ambulant Consultant:
You will be employed by DFDS Professionals but will work at our customers' locations. Being an ambulant consultant means that you are employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing and appointments may be made before the final application deadline.
