Your Responsibilities Siemens Energy is seeking a logistics project manager for a planning, reporting, and coordinating role focused on ensuring customer deliveries worldwide. You will work closely with colleagues in Finspång, international regional teams, and external customers in a global and dynamic environment where flexibility, short lead times, and continuous improvement are in focus. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for material supply and delivery of materials, tools, and instruments. Plan and follow up on deliveries for maintenance and repairs. Report delivery status and maintain ongoing contact with project managers, customers, and local companies. Coordinate purchasing, workshop, warehouse, packing, and shipping operations. Ensure on-time deliveries (OTD) and handle deviations through corrective actions. Actively contribute to continuous improvements and develop collaboration between different functions. Your Profile Several years of experience within Supply Chain and logistics, or relevant education. Comfortable with customer contact and coordination across multiple functions. A team player who collaborates well across departmental and professional boundaries. Structured, analytical, and skilled at planning. Have a clear improvement and solution-oriented mindset. Thrive in a service-oriented and dynamic environment where the customer is the focus. SAP knowledge is a plus. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
