Your Mission As a Logistics Development Manager, you're responsible for driving our journey toward Operational Excellence, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and future-oriented solutions in logistics and automation. You combine technical expertise, business acumen, and present-day leadership to develop both the operations and the people within them. Your assignment involves: • Driving improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and create sustainable ways of working. • Leading the development of our system support, including warehouse management systems, and exploring new technological possibilities. • Playing a central role in our automation journey – from idea to implementation and further development. • Driving and advancing our work in Lean and Epiroc Production System (EPS). • Working data-driven with KPIs, analysis, and benchmarking – both internally and globally. • Ensuring structures, standardization, and high quality in our processes. • Building a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning. As a leader, you create engagement by being inclusive, attentive, and clear. You support, challenge, and develop your colleagues, and help build a strong and collaboration-oriented organization. The role will evolve over time, with opportunities to grow in both responsibility and team size. Location and Travel This position is based in Örebro, Sweden. Travel will occur as needed.
