Localization Coordinator – Consulting Assignment

Our Assignment: We are looking for a Localization Coordinator! Are you organized, communicative, and have an eye for both language and detail? We are now seeking a Localization Coordinator for an exciting assignment in Stockholm. You will be employed by us at Avanzera but work on-site with our client, a major player in their niche. In this role, you will coordinate translation and localization projects from start to delivery. You will work with both internal and external parties and ensure that projects, materials, and deliverables maintain high quality and meet established timelines. The position is full-time with a start date as soon as possible. Responsibilities: In this role, you will, among other things: - Coordinate translation and localization projects - Prioritize tasks and follow up on deliverables - Prepare and quality-assure materials before translation - Handle questions and feedback related to translations - Contribute to developing work processes, documentation, terminology lists, and guidelines - Monitor and help resolve language and content-related issues Your Background: We believe you have: - Experience in localization, translation, or similar - Experience in coordination or project management - Excellent English skills as well as proficiency in at least one additional language - An organized work approach and the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks - Strong communication skills and an eye for quality and detail Experience with CAT/TMS tools such as memoQ, Jira, or similar systems is a merit. It is also a plus if you have worked with localization of digital products, apps, software, or interactive content.
