Operations Manager / Operations Developer for a growing family business Are you driven, social, and the best at what you do? Then we want to build the Falsterbo Peninsula's best service company with you. Ljungenhjälpen is a family-owned service company based in Ljunghusen. Since 2016, we have helped private individuals, road associations, and housing cooperatives with everything from ongoing garden maintenance to pruning, planting, and development of outdoor spaces. We also work with exterior cleaning, property management, and house inspections. Now we're growing rapidly and seeking a person who can become a key player in our continued journey. We're looking especially for someone who is exceptionally social, driven, and ready to work hard. About the Role This is a broad role where you work practically as a gardener, while for the right person there are significant opportunities to take on more responsibility and become a key player in the company. Our season runs until the end of November and starts again at the end of January 2027. When the next season starts, the ambition is for you to take a leading role in the business. Depending on your background, your strengths, and how quickly you develop, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead and plan the daily work for our team - Maintain ongoing contact with customers and build long-term relationships - Lead customer meetings and work with quotes and sales - Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service - Identify improvements and develop our work methods - Help develop new services and business areas - Contribute to recruitment and development of future employees - Help build company culture and shape how Ljungenhjälpen will develop going forward In other words, this is not a role for someone just looking for a regular job. We're looking for you if you enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems, and building something. Who Are We Looking For? We're less interested in exactly what experience you have today and more interested in who you are as a person. You are: - Extremely driven, curious, and self-directed - Social, likeable, and enjoy building relationships - Proactive and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit - Unafraid to take responsibility - Practically minded and solution-oriented – it should work! - Interested in developing into a leader We especially welcome applications from those who have recently completed, or will soon complete, education in, for example: - Gardening/Horticulture - Garden Design - Landscape Engineering - Landscape Architecture - Other relevant academic education At the same time, you're equally interesting to us if you come from a completely different background but have the right drive, energy, and willingness to learn.
