Job Description SiS Ljungbacken is now seeking a teacher qualified to teach Swedish as a Second Language and English in grades 7-9 at our school Ljungskolan; other subject combinations may also be of interest. Do you have strong subject knowledge, are you good at motivating students, do you see students' differences as pedagogical development opportunities, and do you value relationship-building work? Then maybe you are who we are looking for. Qualifications You are a person with great commitment, creativity, and the ability to be solution-focused. You have pedagogical insight, are flexible and creative in your thinking, and enjoy working thematically and interdisciplinarily together with other teachers. You have great empathetic ability and good ability to encourage, motivate, and set clear boundaries. You are passionate about helping young people in difficulty and have insight that the relationship is the foundation for the student's learning and development. You have a positive attitude and believe in every individual's development potential. Your assignment includes motivating students to continue their schooling and giving students the right conditions to succeed with this. You have good ability to collaborate both internally and externally. To succeed in the role, you are stable, have personal maturity, integrity, and are clear.
