About the Position As a machine operator, you will monitor and operate production machinery while participating in the manufacturing of food products. The work includes machinery monitoring, manual packing, quality inspections, and basic cleaning of machines and workstations. You'll work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure that production maintains high quality and follows applicable hygiene and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate production machinery according to established procedures Participate in manufacturing food products Manually pack finished products Inspect product quality and ensure quality requirements are met Report deviations according to established procedures Perform basic cleaning of machinery and workstations Follow hygiene, quality, and safety procedures Contribute to an efficient production workflow together with colleagues About You Formal Qualifications We're looking for someone with experience working in industry, production, or similar operations. It's advantageous if you have experience from food production or have previously worked as a machine operator, but relevant work experience is what matters most. You should be able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a quality-focused work approach.
