The RoleAs a Food Production Operator, you are an important part of the entire manufacturing process. Your main responsibilities consist of monitoring and overseeing the process and manufacture of our products. You work with quality control, labeling, and process parameters. You also contribute to ensuring that production and cleaning are performed according to applicable procedures and regulations. Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone with experience working in production and the food industry, preferably in a similar role where you have gained knowledge in food production. As a person, we see that you are technically inclined, hardworking, thorough, positive, and communicative, and you enjoy physically active work. The work is done in small teams, so it is important that you work well with others. As a person, you also need to be flexible, quality-conscious, and take responsibility. You enjoy working at a fast pace with physically demanding tasks and you are a team player who can also manage independent work. You like to work with results in focus. This job suits you if you thrive in a varied work environment and tasks within production. There is a high work pace in a fast-paced work setting, so good physical condition is important. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has upper secondary school education or relevant work experience in food manufacturing and/or industry/production, has good computer skills, and likes to learn new things. Requirements: Forklift certificate A+B and at least 1 year of forklift experience (including counterbalance forklift) Proficient knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Merits Desirable work experience is, for example, as an operator, preferably in the food industry or warehousing. We would like to see that you have good technical understanding and practical skills to be able to help with minor machinery problems. It is a merit if you have previously worked with Lean and 5S. The positions are based in Eslöv and include both permanent employment positions, initially with a six-month probationary period, as well as fixed-term employment.
