HI! I'm a cheerful and curious 12-year-old boy looking for a calm, safe, and active personal assistant for extra work, primarily on weekends. I live with cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. You are calm, safe, and have a warm approach You have excellent Swedish in speech and writing Preferably have experience working with children with disabilities You enjoy swimming, cycling, and being outdoors You are in good physical condition You can swim (required) You have a driver's license (merit) You are not allergic to or afraid of animals You are a non-smoker WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE In your role as a personal assistant, you'll be an important part of my daily life, and you need to be active, attentive, and able to read when I need support or a break from stimulation. You'll help me with, among other things: Personal care (hygiene, diaper changes, skin care) Medication and tube feeding (training provided) Play, swimming, outdoor time, and various activities Outings, parasports, and swimming There are many transfers during a work shift, so you need to be physically strong and able to work safely. When you start as an assistant, you'll have the opportunity to join activities with me and my family. This way, we'll get to know each other in a safe and positive environment while you receive a good introduction to the role. This is a job for someone who loves being active, enjoys doing things, and wants a meaningful extra job where no two weekends are the same. We offer training and guidance in, among other things: · Epilepsy care · Medication management · Tube feeding · NPF and approach WORK HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT LEVELS As needed. To begin with, shorter weekend shifts in connection with activities, approximately 10-13 or 11-14. This suits you if you want a regular weekend job and are not looking for full-time or weekday work. If you enjoy the role, there is potential for more opportunities in the afternoons after school on weekdays in the future. WHEN CAN YOU START WORKING WITH ME?
