As a live agent at Fortnox, you become an important part of the customer experience and support entrepreneurs and accounting firms in their daily work. You handle incoming requests via phone, chat, and email and help customers with questions regarding invoices and payments. During your initial time in the role, the focus is primarily on phone support, so you get a secure start and the opportunity to properly learn the systems. After that, you'll gradually expand your role and work with multiple channels. In the live agent role, you will, among other things: Help customers via phone, chat, and email Answer questions and guide customers regarding invoices and payments Support customers in using Fortnox features and services Handle and follow up on various types of customer requests Contribute to ensuring every customer receives professional and friendly service This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with a start in October/November. Working hours are during office hours. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys a role with lots of customer interaction. You have a calm and professional manner and enjoy working both independently and with others. You're open to change and have the ability to quickly adapt to new ways of working and conditions. To succeed in this role, we'd like for you to have: Background in service, customer service, retail, sales, or similar Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Are experienced working digitally and quickly learn new systems and tools Are curious about economics and entrepreneurship It is an advantage if you have: Experience with customer contact via phone Economics education at gymnasium or university level Previous experience with support work Great weight will be placed on personal suitability where commitment, customer service mindset, and the desire to develop are highly valued.
