About the Position
As a Live Agent in the Payroll team, you will support Fortnox customers with questions related to payroll, system usage, and laws and regulations in the payroll field. You help customers find solutions in their daily work and guide them through Fortnox' various features and services.
The role involves varied and problem-solving tasks where you work via phone, chat, and email. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to both high customer satisfaction and identifying improvement areas through customer conversations.
The position is full-time with immediate start. Working hours are during office hours on weekdays.
This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process but you will be directly employed by Fortnox.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for you who have a strong interest in payroll and who are motivated by helping customers and solving complex issues. You are communicative, pedagogical, and thrive in a role where collaboration and problem-solving are in focus.
We would like to see that you:
Have education in payroll, HR, finance, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
Have practical experience in payroll work or administration
Have experience in customer contact, support, or consulting
Have good communication skills in Swedish and English
Are solution-oriented and thrive in a changing environment
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability where commitment, responsibility-taking, and collaboration skills are highly valued.
