About the Role
As a Live Agent at Fortnox, you'll support business owners and accounting firms in their daily work. You handle incoming requests via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with questions related to vendor invoices, approval workflows, and payments.
During your first time in the role, the focus will mainly be on phone support so you can get a solid start and learn the systems properly. After that, you'll gradually work with more channels and handle more complex cases.
You'll work with:
Support via phone, chat, and email
Questions related to accounts payable and payment flows
Guiding customers through Fortnox's various features and services
Administrative tasks related to customer cases
Creating a positive customer experience in every interaction
You'll become part of an engaged team with close collaboration and a strong focus on development, quality, and customer service. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by solving problems and helping others.
This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process but you'll be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time starting immediately, with working hours during office hours.

We're seeking someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with extensive customer contact. You have a calm and professional manner and enjoy working both independently and with others. You're open to change and can quickly adapt to new ways of working and circumstances.
To succeed in this role, we'd like you to have:
Experience in service, customer support, retail, sales, or other service-related work
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and an easy time learning new systems
Interest in finance and entrepreneurship
It's a plus if you have:
Experience with customer contact via phone
Economics education at secondary or university level
Previous experience in support work
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability where commitment, service orientation, and the desire to develop are highly valued.
