About the Position
As a Live Agent at Fortnox, you help customers optimize their business through bureau products, so they have a smoother daily operation. Fortnox's bureau offering includes programs such as Financial Statements & Tax, Fortnox Group, and Reports & Analysis. Through phone, chat, and email, you guide customers with various questions and help them with varying issues.
Fortnox offers a structured introduction where you initially work with phone support to build knowledge and confidence in the role. Afterwards, your area of responsibility expands gradually to more contact channels and more advanced customer cases.
You will work with, among other things:
Support via phone, chat, and email
Guiding customers in Fortnox's various functions and services, where some upselling occurs
Administrative tasks related to customer cases
Creating a positive customer experience in every interaction
You'll become part of an engaged team where collaboration, development, and high-quality customer service are at the center. The role suits you if you're driven by customer contact and enjoy solving problems and making a difference for others.
The position is full-time with immediate start, and working hours are during office hours. This is a direct recruitment, which means StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by Fortnox.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for you who is curious, goal-oriented, and appreciates a daily life with lots of customer interaction. You have a confident and professional demeanor and enjoy working both independently and with others. In addition to this, you have very strong problem-solving skills.
To succeed in the role, we'd like to see that you have:
Economic education at university level, preferably in business economics
Experience in service work and/or economics-related work
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and a natural ability to pick up new systems
Interest in economics and good knowledge of accounting technical terms
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability, where commitment, service-mindedness, and the willingness to develop are highly valued.
