Is it you? Together we make a difference for the whole society. As a Line Technician, you work on projects where you build large overhead power lines. Climbing at real heights is part of your daily routine. You travel by car between jobs, and on site you transport yourself, colleagues, materials, and equipment using tracked vehicles or all-terrain vehicles. In this role, you will work on new construction and reconstruction of regional and transmission networks at 130-400kV, which in practice means: Perform work from the ground or at great heights either by climbing or from a basket Recurring work tasks include pole erection, various types of assembly work in poles, pulling overhead lines, and replacing poles with accessories Contribute to safe work in the field for you and your colleagues Traveling is a natural part of the work. You typically work in a different location with longer workdays Monday through Thursday to have Friday off. We apply home stationing, which means you have a service vehicle at home and work from your residence. On-call duty may also be part of the role.
