Is it you? Together we make a difference for all of society. As a Line Technician, you work on projects where you build large overhead power lines. Climbing at real heights is part of your daily routine. You move between jobs by car, and at the work site, you transport yourself, colleagues, materials, and equipment using tracked vehicles or six-wheeled vehicles. In this role, you will work on new construction and reconstruction on the regional and transmission grid 130-400kV, which in practice means: - Performing work from the ground or at great heights either through climbing or from a basket - Recurring work tasks include pole erection, various types of assembly work on poles, pulling overhead lines, and replacing poles with accessories - Contributing to safe work in the field for you and your colleagues Travel is a natural part of the work. You typically work in another location with longer workdays Monday-Thursday to be off on Friday. We practice home basing, which means you have a service vehicle with you at home and work from your residence. On-call duty may also be part of the role. You enjoy being part of a work team and have a positive attitude. But most importantly, like us, you always put safety first!
