Is it you? Together we make a difference, for all of society. As a Line Technician, you work on projects where you build large overhead power lines. Climbing at truly great heights is part of your daily work. You move between jobs by car, and at the work site, you transport yourself, colleagues, materials, and equipment using a tracked vehicle or six-wheeler. In this role, you will work with new construction and reconstruction on the regional and main grid at 130-400kV, which in practice means: Performing work from the ground or at great heights either by climbing or from a bucket Recurring work tasks include pole setting, various types of assembly work on poles, pulling overhead lines, and replacing poles with accessories Contribute to safe field work for yourself and your colleagues Travel is a natural part of the work. You typically work at another location with longer workdays Monday through Thursday to have Friday off. We apply home-based employment, which means you have a service vehicle at home and work from your residence. On-call duty may also be included.
