Limited Liability Company "Daugavpils Housing and Municipal Services Enterprise", which provides quality, safe, and sustainable residential property management in Daugavpils, announces a vacancy: Lift Electromechanic, profession code: 7412 02, work location: Daugavpils city. Main job duties: - perform inspections of individual lift units and mechanisms and test the operation of safety devices; - timely prepare lifts for technical inspection in accordance with the requirements of the Lift Design and Operation Safety Regulations; - eliminate lift malfunctions detected during operation; - perform other duties provided for in the instructions. Required qualifications and requirements for candidates: - professional education in electrical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent technical field; - appropriate qualifications or professional training for performing lift technical maintenance and repair work; - valid minimum Bz electrical safety group in accordance with regulatory requirements; - work experience in lift technical maintenance or repair – not less than 6 (six) months; - knowledge and skills in safe lift operation, technical maintenance, repair and passenger evacuation, as well as management and safety systems, electrical circuits and their operating principles; - ability to organize and plan own work while respecting set deadlines; - accuracy in work performance; - ability to work independently and take responsibility for work results; - good communication skills; - state language skills at basic level (A2) We offer: - stable employment in one of the largest residential property management companies in Daugavpils; - compensation – hourly rate of EUR 6.83; - employment contract for indefinite period; - health insurance policy after probation period; - social guarantees in accordance with regulatory acts; - responsive, professional and cooperation-oriented team; - opportunity to contribute to improving the quality of residential property management in Daugavpils through your work.
