Valkas novada Bērnu - jaunatnes sporta skola (reg. No. 40900032802) is recruiting a Records Manager - Archivist (occupation code 3341 04) on a part-time basis (0.5 full-time equivalent) through a competitive selection process. Main Job Responsibilities: ensure registration, recording and circulation of documents received and sent by the institution; prepare responses to letters, applications, complaints and suggestions; participate in organizing school internal events, meetings and guest reception; prepare, post and distribute informational messages about the institution's activities on social media; provide support to the director and teaching staff in resolving various daily matters; archiving in accordance with regulatory requirements. Requirements for Candidates: appropriate education for the position; good analytical, organizational and communication skills; experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage; excellent digital skills.
