LATVIAN NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY Registration No. 90002056972 invites applications for RECORDS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Key Responsibilities: receive, evaluate, register, and organize documents related to students and qualification courses in accordance with document management requirements; prepare responses and/or forward documents for execution as appropriate; receive and compile reports for NAA councils and meetings only in properly formatted form; prepare and format other relevant NAA documents, letters, orders, and protocols in accordance with competence; process and prepare NAA files for submission to the archive; ensure maintenance and storage of documents for NAA student cadets and participants of NAA-organized courses until submission to the archive; prepare and submit reports on NAA cadets and NAA course participants upon request; request, receive, and prepare diplomas and certificates as well as other documents related to completion of studies; prepare the agenda for NAA Academic Board and Administrative meetings and distribute it to relevant participants; record and prepare protocols of meetings, assemblies, and bachelor thesis defenses within specified deadlines and procedures, and send them to necessary recipients; prepare orders regarding cadet matriculation, advancement to senior courses, dismissal, etc.; prepare cadet examination certificates and reports on cadet academic performance; input cadet data into the State Education Information System.
