Your Role & Responsibilities:
As an LIA intern with us, you will:
• Help continue developing our presence on social media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok)
• Create content (copy, images, simple video) with sales orientation and conversion focus
• Measurable goals: engagement, leads, conversions tied to campaigns
• Collaborate with our CEO, Growth Marketer and sales team to understand customer journey and business goals
• Propose and test new formats and ideas to scale our digital reach
• Get the opportunity to take ownership and grow quickly—the right person can become a central part of our team
We're Looking for You If You:
• Study marketing, digital communication, media or similar (vocational or university)
• Are business and sales-oriented and understand that behind every like and comment there's a business goal
• Have experience or strong interest in social media, AI and digital marketing
• Are creative, self-driven and thrive in an environment where things move fast and you get to have an impact
• Want to learn, test and grow. You don't just want to sit still and "follow"—you want to create and lead projects
• Merits: knowledge or previous experience with Canva, Meta Business, analytics tools, advertising, video/trending formats
