Job Description The Quality and Environment areas are undergoing significant development, and LFV is now seeking a quality leader for the Quality and Environment unit within the corporate function JKFMV (Legal, Quality, Flight Safety, Environment and Operations Development). As a quality auditor, you will be part of a team of dedicated quality and environment managers and will report directly to the Head of Quality and Environment. About the Position As a quality auditor at LFV, you will work with: Planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits in accordance with LFV's audit program and based on the requirements, laws, and certificates applicable to LFV Managing and following up on non-conformities Training and supporting the organization in the use of methods and procedures used for audits and non-conformity management Compiling and analyzing non-conformity management and reporting status Participating in external audits Participating in or conducting quality audits of subcontractors, depending on experience We are Looking for You Who Have Relevant university education or equivalent experience acquired in the workplace Many years of experience within the quality field Certification as an Internal Auditor according to ISO 9011 and experience managing and conducting internal audits Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent It is advantageous if you have advanced training/education within the quality field. It is also advantageous if you have worked with quality matters and audits in safety-critical operations, for example, flight safety-critical operations. If you have experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 45001, this is an asset. It is also considered advantageous if you have worked with process management and development, and have worked with improvement initiatives. You are skilled at achieving results both independently and with the help of your colleagues. You are receptive and flexible in your working approach, are a team player who works well in collaboration with others, but can at the same time drive your own tasks independently where required. You are well-versed in the quality field. You have developed analytical skills, are thorough and communicative. Within your area, you are confident and ensure that your deliverables and reporting are completed correctly and on time. Great weight will be given to personal suitability. Employment The position is a permanent employment with location in Norrköping and requires Swedish citizenship. Before employment, we conduct a security vetting that includes, among other things, a drug test. LFV applies competence-based recruitment and selection tests. The corporate function Legal, Quality, Flight Safety, Environment and Operations Development (JKFMV) is responsible for legal matters within LFV and LFV's management system regarding quality, flight safety, and environment, and monitors how they are complied with. The function is also responsible for internal authority quality audits and regulatory compliance. Within JKFMV there is the Quality and Environment unit, the Corporate Legal unit, the DUS Compliance unit, the Operations Development and Digitalization unit, and a number of employees reporting directly to the Director of JKFMV.
