Delivery Manager Market Area Renovation North
Our renovation business is central to Riksbyggen's offering and helps our customers carry out important maintenance and renovation projects – from pipe replacements to solar panels. We are now seeking a delivery manager responsible for Karlstad, Uppsala, Västerås and Örebro.

As a delivery manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, its results and employees. You are responsible for planning, leading and developing operations regarding sales and project execution with the right quality. You are part of the management group with other delivery managers for the Renovation North market area.

Areas of Responsibility
Lead, coordinate, plan and develop the operational area
Personnel and budget responsibility
Work related to personnel matters such as work environment, skills supply and employee development
Follow up and ensure that operations work according to joint plans and objectives
Measure and monitor projects linked to set targets, budgets and forecasts
Continuously monitor targeted KPIs with deviation reporting and continuously monitor perceived quality and customer satisfaction
Responsible for establishing and monitoring internal controls
Qualifications
Building engineer or civil engineer with experience from the real estate or contracting industry.
You are an experienced, communicative, structured and results-oriented leader who inspires and engages others.
You enjoy change management work and collaborate easily with both colleagues and customers.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and have a category B driving license.

The position is full-time with some evening hours.
Start date by agreement.

They are geographically distributed throughout the country and in total there are 26 interest associations that organize approximately 1,700 housing cooperative associations within Riksbyggen.
Local associations organize local trade union organizations and other popular movement organizations as members of Riksbyggen. Their primary task is to conduct advocacy work on issues related to housing construction. There are 22 local associations around Sweden.
LO unions and cooperative companies own parts of Riksbyggen. Among the National Organizations are both trade union organizations within LO as well as cooperative companies and organizations.Job Description
