Responsibilities In your role as Delivery Manager, your main focus will be to secure Edugrade's education deliverables within Vocational University, labor market training, and commercial education programs. You will take responsibility for new and existing contracts and ensure they meet every specific requirement and regulation from authorities and customers. By implementing clear procedures and processes, you will help the organization work more efficiently. Your daily work will be about being the cohesive force that ensures the right conditions are in place for us to deliver world-class education. Your main areas of responsibility include: • Management and responsibility for existing contracts to ensure we meet regulatory requirements and customer agreements. • Implementation and optimization of internal procedures and work processes. • Ongoing monitoring of operations against established KPIs and quality targets. • Identification of operational risks and driving systematic improvement work. • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality in our deliverables. • You will also be an operational resource in the improvements and initiatives that are to be implemented. Your Profile We are looking for someone who functions as an "air traffic controller"—you have a natural eye for the big picture but are simultaneously detail-oriented and thorough. You don't need to have your background in the education sector. Perhaps you have gained valuable experience from production management, manufacturing industry, or similar operations where quality assurance and monitoring have been a significant part of your work. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and have a unique ability to interpret contracts and regulations without losing sight of the small but critical details. You are comfortable following up results through KPIs and are skilled at communicating the importance of procedures to your colleagues in an educational manner. We are looking for a confident leader who can navigate in a changing environment and who ensures we always maintain the highest quality in everything we promise. We are looking for someone who has: • Several years of experience in delivery planning and systematic quality work. • Experience working toward clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving systematic improvement efforts. • Experience leading others in an operational environment, such as team lead or similar. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good systems understanding. Meritorious: • Education or practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology for operational development. • Previous experience from the education market or work with publicly funded assignments. • Documented experience leading improvement projects in an operational environment. Other Information Employment Type: Permanent position. Working Hours: Daytime Location: Hudiksvall (work takes place on-site); business travel may occur. Start Date: By agreement.
