At Maskinia, you'll be part of our delivery team where you ensure our machines meet the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You'll have a varied day with many points of contact and play an important role in creating a smooth delivery process.
About the Position
As a Delivery Administrator, you will be responsible together with the delivery team for ensuring our machines are ready for shipment. From their arrival at our facility until they leave for the customer. The role combines administration with technical understanding and involves close collaboration with both the workshop, sales support, and our suppliers.
Examples of work tasks:
Incoming inspections of new machines.
Ensure machines and documentation are complete before delivery.
Perform delivery inspections and quality reviews.
Handle machine records and administration in our business systems.
Report discrepancies to suppliers and follow up on warranty cases.
Provide administrative support to sales support and our equipment workshops.
Contribute to developing and improving our delivery processes.
We are Looking for You
We believe you are a person who enjoys organization and structure, has an eye for detail, and likes to take responsibility. You work independently but also appreciate collaboration with colleagues across different parts of the business.
We'd like to see that you have:
Experience with administrative work.
Good computer skills and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
Technical understanding or interest in machines and vehicles.
Strong Swedish language skills and the ability to read and write in English.
B-driver's license. Forklift certification is a plus.
It is advantageous if you have experience from workshops, construction, agricultural, or automotive industries.
