Support Assistant - Leva LSS omsorgen Grusbanan

Leva LSS omsorgen is seeking an engaged support assistant for both daytime and night shifts on a hourly basis at our wonderful residential facility in Heby. Six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (LSS person category 1, §9) live here. With us, you will become part of a well-functioning operation with a clear value foundation. We work with autonomy-supportive pedagogy, low-affective interaction, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods. Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while a health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life. As part of our innovation initiative, we have implemented digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling to support both residents and staff in daily life. We are looking for someone who is engaged and passionate about care work. Experience in similar work is preferred but we place great emphasis on personality in our recruitment.
