Develop and update study and teaching materials (lecture notes, presentations, tasks, practical exercises) in accordance with the content of the implemented study courses to ensure better understanding of legal norms implementation, hierarchy of normative acts, legal technique, criminological aspects of criminal offenses, and police competence in child rights protection (methodological work). Develop teaching aids in accordance with the content of the implemented study courses (methodological work). Conduct research in accordance with the content of the implemented study courses or the designated research area (research work). Participate in the development and updating of educational programs. Perform other tasks related to the implementation of the College's educational programs (for example, coordinate the completion of internship tasks, etc.). Motivate and support students in their professional and personal development. Fulfill responsibilities related to ensuring the study/educational process at the College, including preparing and submitting the monthly pedagogical workload report, ensuring timely data entry in the College's Educational Process Administration System and placing and maintaining teaching materials in the College's e-learning environment, in accordance with the College's internal regulatory requirements. Participate in activities organized by the College. Requirements: Doctoral or Master's degree, or higher education without a degree, if the candidate has at least five years of practical work experience in the field. Practical work experience is pedagogical work or the candidate's previous professional experience in the field, in accordance with the content of the taught study course. Non-formal education and professional qualification required for the taught study course, confirmed by certificates, licenses, professional development documents or similar. Scientific work corresponding to the scientific field, confirmed by scientific publications or published teaching materials in the last six years. Professional continuing education in innovations in higher education or higher education didactics, or in educational work management. Previous work experience in police response, pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings. Knowledge of State Police employee competence in implementing legal norms, qualifying and proving criminal offenses, analyzing criminological aspects. Ability to use digital tools for performing work duties. Ability to analyze educational development trends at national and international levels. Skills to develop and adapt teaching materials, taking into account student needs, learning styles and educational program content. Good communication and organizational skills. State language proficiency. Desirable understanding of the State Police employee education system, organization and implementation of the educational process. Desirable knowledge of one of the official languages of European Union member states.
